Although the work they do is good, the customer satisfaction is lacking for me. To service my car: they expect me to take a day off work. They refused to book me for a Saturday. They also don't offer a loan car. Meanwhile I went to another authorised service center (in Nerang) and they were fantastic. Nerang gave me a FREE loan car! Everyone: please consider ALL your options before choosing where to service your car
