I trust Von Bibra Service Centre to do their best for my vehicle! Tires aligned, anti bacterial treatment of aircon, usual change of oil and filter Excellent drop & pick by the complimentary bus This was the first time I found the front and back windscreens not properly wiped in the complementary car wash by hand! (Would have posted photos here if I could find the option)

Would give zero if possible. Not only dod Kieth and the rest of the von bibra team take the joy out of buying a new car, but also hid information and performed terrible service on my car, fitting NON GENUINE PARTS?? hid dodgy logbook servicing and when questions just shrugged there sholders. Never will be dealing with these people again the communication and customer services is terrible. My advice go somewhere else.
After the service of my Jimny on 5/1/2025 I was informed that the Head Unit will be replaced. During several (5) telephone enquiries through the year I was promised that Aaron will investigate and call me back but Aaron never did call me back. When I spoke to Aaron on 7/1/2026 at the next service he said he will investigate but never answered me. Very disappointed.
