Like other reviews I’ve read online- we too had AC out (at our retreat house in FLORIDA where we had renters) and it was super hot. Our guests had a son with Autism who was sleeping on the third floor in nearly 100 degree heat in the day. Von Aire could not care less though. They had just worked on the place recently (and did not fix it properly nor install the systems properly to begin with. Von-Aire tech Damien did a great job servicing my Carrier AC unit and sealing the ductwork in the garage to prevent condensation and mildew. They came out within a couple of days after my call. Highly recommend this company.
Von Aire management group- I need somebody from your leadership group to call me ASAP today or tomorrow. The Carrier system you guys installed at my house yesterday is faulty and isn't cooling. Your weekend tech just evaluated it for over an hour and said the same thing. 7/21 update: It was a wiring issue.
Jonathon was great and worked diligently to get our AC up and running again.
