Von Aire management group- I need somebody from your leadership group to call me ASAP today or tomorrow. The Carrier system you guys installed at my house yesterday is faulty and isn't cooling. Your weekend tech just evaluated it for over an hour and said the same thing. 7/21 update: It was a wiring issue.
Jonathon was great and worked diligently to get our AC up and running again.
We received AC repair service for our home in Port Orange on 6-13-24 (the day after calling!) and the technician was prompt, efficient, and professional. Von-Aire is an honest and reliable local company and we were so grateful for their help.
