Von-Aire tech Damien did a great job servicing my Carrier AC unit and sealing the ductwork in the garage to prevent condensation and mildew. They came out within a couple of days after my call. Highly recommend this company.
Von Aire management group- I need somebody from your leadership group to call me ASAP today or tomorrow. The Carrier system you guys installed at my house yesterday is faulty and isn't cooling. Your weekend tech just evaluated it for over an hour and said the same thing. 7/21 update: It was a wiring issue.
