Kevin advised us to wait for filings after an RFA court date to take back custody from a mother who only had supervised visitation. Kevin didn't seem to understand that the temporary RFA expired at the court date. After originally saying it would be later that day and then saying it could take multiple days. Why doesn't Kevin know that the temporary RFA expires at the datetime of court? Thanks to his incorrect expensive advice an infant was seriously endangered.
