The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe everyone could use room for improvement, including myself but anyway. Truck warned about issue & stated i had 60 minutes until it went into derate, well lucky for me, there is a Loves 25 minutes up the road off I84 exit 211. Crazy & unfortunately for me, there is no truck care at this location but at the same time. Didn't realize this place is in walking distance, so was able to be there in the morning once they opened. Rolled in with a failed water pump, this "shop" wouldn't do the warranty work. Had to limp the truck back to Twin Falls to get the work done. The signs say Volvo, but shop doesn't do the work, for whatever reason. Do not come here for service.
Couldn't even help me.
