My husband and I have had three Volvo station wagons serviced by Popular Mechanix over many years, and have been very satisfied with the detailed analysis, cost estimates, turnaround time and courtesy. The whole staff is well focused on doing their best work, and treating us with respect. Quite often, they provide a loaner car to keep us on the road. Fixed, after other shop failed – After repeated attempts to have the same problem fixed at Royal Motors, I finally threw my hands up in exasperation. After servicing my car with you folks, combined with the customer service I received, you have a customer for life. - Gary N.

High quality, low pressure... – Appreciated that you didn't try to pressure me into changing my front brakes (22% remaining) right then and there. Unlike other shops, you didn't use the "get it done now or risk your life" threat.

Editorial Review – All model, any year Volvo-only auto shop since 1983 offers same-day service and complimentary loaners. Maintenance, repair, tune-ups, parts.

Best Volvo Shop – Darn good place to take your volvo. These guys only work on Volvo (won't even work on your Saab). The neighborhood is questionable, and they don't have a real waiting room, but they do have a loaner Volvo. Highly recommended Ian Martin SF via New York
