Steve’s marine 3512;255 Ketchum ave amityville ny 11701,is a certified Volvo repair shop,they removed the wrong motor from my boat,and is attempting to sue me for a rebuild on said motor.theres no work order nothing and he’s still suing me he is a thief ,do yourself a favor look up the write ups about Steve’s marine,him scamming customers is his M.O.and Volvo Pentax will not d anything to help there customers and straighten this guy out,I guess there in it together.
i have tried to get this company to help get my engines fixed for nearly 2 months and they don’t even acknowledge the messages i sent.
#VolvoPenta is definitely the worst choice ever. After having a hard time to be assisted by an authorized dealer, they were not able to make a simple diagnostic of the engine error alert. Then I requested help to Volvo Action Service and this was even worst. They called me lying about the diagnostic. Saying it is impossible to test a sensor to check if it is working correctly or not (helloooo???) and the problem was caused by the fuel (2 engines using same fuel and 1 is OK and the other no...). Be serious...teake your clientele seriously....YOU ARE A JOKE... I have an engine sitting at the Dealer waiting for PINS that have been back ordered with Volvo for over three weeks....we are talking about PINS, not hardware or complicated pieces, just PINS and they can not get it together.....GLAD DID NOT SPENT 000s on this thing.....completelly unreliable with several RECALLS...stay away...

I have volvo penta 350hp on my regal. Excellent motor , good gas consumption and powerful.
These guys are a joke. Trying to get a fan belt and can't even find a dealer near me. Only part of the reason Caterpillar is better then Volvo.
