While I really appreciate the talent of Madren and the NPs at this practice, dealing with trying to get appointments and especially sick appointments has been beyond frustrating. The protocol is to call when lines open at 7:45 am for any available appointments. I have called at most, 5 days in a row before getting quite upset with the staff and insisting that I needed to get my daughter in to see a provider (didn’t want to wait another weekend!). I am extremely disappointed in this office. They are extremely understaffed and we will not be returning. When we first started coming here 2 years ago we had a great experience, but now their office is ran differently. This has been a general consensus amongst myself and my fellow mom friends who also attend this office. If you’re looking for a pediatricians office I would look for one that can actually give you the time you deserve as a patient. Their quality of care has decreased extraordinarily.
This place honestly sucks. It’s always a back and forth battle for them to handle anything medically. Lack of communication/miscommunication about almost everything. Don’t waste your time here and don’t let their supposedly “autistic friendly” vibe fool you. Just go elsewhere if you want a doctor who will actually help you with your medical conditions. Dr.Madren has been seeing my daughter for quite some time now and I will always recommend anyone to this practice. All of the doctors are truly great, attentive, and we are always handled with genuine care. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dasia, I think that is how she told me it is spelled, at the front desk and it is so refreshing to be met with a enthusiastic and caring voice, especially when you have an adult autistic child with various concerns that need to be met. Keep up the great work Volvo Ped!
