This is specifically about my dealing with the service advisor at this location. I recently moved close to this dealership so naturally called to get a quote for a large repair for my vehicle. I was given zero useful information, the only response I got was to "bring your vehicle in for inspection". Pre-owned sales not satisfactory. Recently my brother bought a used car from here with wornout winshield wiper blades ( volvo wipers comes with sprayers and hence expensive). Sold the car with no washer fluid and barely enough gas. When buying a 50k+ used car , we expected some kind of professionalism from a renowned brand like volvo
Had an exceptional experience at Volvo Cars Markham today with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the lineup of electric and hybrid vehicles Volvo has to offer. He provided lots of insights and helped us realize the various pros and cons of each vehicle type.
