Very disappointing experience with both Volvo Canada and the Markham dealership after my 2018 XC90 suddenly lost power brake assist due to a brake booster/vacuum system failure while I am driving with my whole family including kidw and grand parents. What concerns me most is how a serious braking issue was handled: The Markham dealership sold me the vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned, yet when I reported the brake-assist failure, they did not even ask me to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Took delivery of a EX 30 on Saturday. My Sales rep Christy originally greeted to at the dealership. She was kind and most welcoming. That and super knowledgeable on the products. Helped me made up my mind and buy the car. Christy never made me feel pressured or rushed. David did a terrific job taking care of all the small details and getting me the best deal for my needs. I had an absolutely amazing experience here! Their certified pre-owned inventory was impressive! I found a great vehicle for a very fair price and couldn't be happier. Their staff (Jimmy Shen, David Wang) were impeccably polite and courteous!
