Had decided to buyout my 36–month lease. Terrible experience with Volvo Villa after persistent “service engine” messages, with only a month until lease expiry, and no solution. After a complaint, Volvo Canada recommended Volvo Markham. Very professional communication with Connie Cheng, then Assistant Service Manager Joe Tam took over, and the problem was identified in no time: replacement of two cam shafts was required. Excellent service team! Fast and efficient. My car (2012 S60) would not start, but it was thoroughly diagnosed and repaired. The inspection report and repair costs were clearly explained. The car was returned to me clean. Highly recommend Volvo Cars Markham.
Brought my Volvo in for a repair. Shanna and the service team were amazing! I was offered a shuttle while I waited...and was updated by phone after diagnostics were performed and repair was done. They were done quickly and efficiently...Shanna was so friendly and explained all the work done on my car...I will definitely be bringing my Volvo back for servicing in the future!
