Bought a car from them in 2018. Worst choice I could have made. Paid extra to have additional warranties added which they never filed and now it appears to be too late to add them. Been working with them for over a year and a half to get the paint on my car fixed because it is oxidized heavily and they refuse to help with that. After paying for warranties I don't have and their inability to provide honest customer service, I suggest going to any other dealership. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
This place won't let you bring in bank drafts or your own financing from your own bank/credit union. Spoke to sales manager and he told me "cause we make money on the financing (interest rates)".... Sorry, I'm already approved with loan docs in hand, I'm not going to have my credit again, which would be a "hard inquiry" and lower my score. This is shady practices. No thanks!!
