New to Greenville I figured I’d take my 2004 XC90 to mechanics that should know how to fix their brand rather than some chain or some neighborhood shop, was I WRONG!!! I have been looking to purchase a Volvo XC 40, I found one on True Cars. It was located at Volvo of Greenville. I was contacted by a sales rep Shawni S****, who sent me photos of the car, with a description, I was interested and made an appointment to drive from Atlanta, Ga to Greenville to see the car. * Update, as since my original review, they did contact me. And have given nothing but false promises of truly diagnosing my vehicle, admitting the quote I received was outlandish, potentially repairing my vehicle, having it towed, giving me a loaner and more. Most pleasant car buying experience!! From start to finish, it was a smooth process. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I drove 6 hours because they had the SUV I wanted. It was worth the drive!! Thank you Angela!!
I've purchased over 14 vehicles in the past 10 years. my purchasing experience with Volvo of Greenville has been by far the worst. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The lack of communication coupled with straight out lies from the sales associate and sales manager made for a horrific experience. To top things off, once I received the car, I found that the front tires had not been replaced as agreed by the sales associate. The oil life indicator showed 69% (meaning the engine oil was not replaced). The ... read more
