Had a tire emergency on a Friday night and had to go out of town the following Monday. Stu did a lot of work to get my tires fixed on time. Very appreciative of their customer service.
I rarely write reviews but this is one time where I feel it should be necessary. I called to schedule service for my Volvo to have the transmission fluid drained and filled. I gave the dealership over 10 days notice to do this, on the day I was scheduled I drove over an hour and a half from Terre Haute to Bloomington to have the service done, Waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes only for the service writer to come and tell me that they didn't have enough transmission fluid and that if I wanted to have the service done I w... read more
I am so grateful for the service we received from Stu and the rest of the Royal South Volvo team. I was in a very sticky situation of having my windshield wipers not working at all but also living 1.5 hours from the closest Volvo dealership and also having a newborn baby. Obviously without working windshield wipers I couldn’t drive during any inclement weather which made things extremely complicated.
