Great service. Car is running literally best since I’ve had it. They’ll find the actual problems and fix them, I have brought in this car for AC issues basically since I’ve had it, and most places did kinda a bandaid fix. They fixed the real issues. Reasonably priced for sure, they’ll give you a full breakdown on everything that’s wrong with your car and what is urgent to fix versus things that can wait. I have a 1987 Volvo 240 classic and I’m very picky about who takes care of it. I love the folks at Taylor auto. Ethan Taylor has a great crew of mechanics and they are even more picky than I am. It is hard to get parts for this car. They do great work. I love the text and Email option for communication.
I needed a fender liner replaced, I addressed the urgency needed to get it fixed asap. They honored the request of quick repair and got it done the same day. In addition, nearly all the personnel in the shop are prior service Veterans, which is a big plus. I highly recommend these folks for both supporting Veterans as well as the superior quality or service and speed of service.
Chris and team were able to diagnose our EV and provide a no-frills response with a quick turnaround. We were faced with a lot of issues in our car and Taylor Auto quickly gave us a full diagnostic report and give us an option that made more financial sense for our family. I would take my vehicles to Taylor in the future.
Chris is wonderful. Right off the bat made me feel welcome and comfortable. Had a pre-purchase inspection on a Volvo with a thorough explanation of potential issues and priorities. Highly recommend!
