Customer service is always excellent. Very few car shops will ever charge you less than what they originally estimated, but at Taylor Auto Repair they are just honest. Once they inspected the issue with my Jeep, they realized it wasn’t as bad as expected. The result? I paid half of what I thought I was going to pay. I was looking for an independent auto repair shop that could restore function to our 2008 Volvo C-70 T5 retractable hardtop convertible.
