Al personal le hace falta dar más atención al cliente, no muestran nada de interés....no quedan ganas de volver.
The service dept here needs to read a book on customer service. Every time I come here and stand in front of their desk, they just ignore me. If I don’t speak up, they never acknowledge my existence. And when they do finally acknowledge me, they act like I’m bothering them. I tell the companies I tow for that this place should be the last resort for service. And many of them listen.
