Rathy Chin the service manager was very pleasant. When we arrived with our vehicle that morning he answered any of our questions that we needed to be answered, and when we came back to pick up my vehicle , I was very happy and pleased.😊 I would recommend this dealership..Â
I happen to bring my car for service couple of times @Volvo in Westport. I was very unhappy with the customer service, or at the service desk, especially Kent, He should not be in the service desk, i have been unlucky with this guy, i do not know if he is too old for the job or having an issue with ppl of color. Every time I go there, he is always on the desk. I have experienced a very law quality of customer service from him. Â
