Do not be fooled by the pretentious customer focused philosophy of this dealership. They are all about selling cars to the extent they do not disclose everything the buyer needs to know before the purchase. WE recently purchased a car, the dealership's advertised price was not the sale price on the windshield. They added "fees" to the price that was cleverly and obscurely displayed on their website. Brentwood Volvo has been taking care of me for over 25 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. At my last appointment Molly was cheerful and very helpful, a courtesy car had been reserved for me and everything went smoothly. I had one little "hiccup" a couple days later and when I stopped by Molly took care of it immediately and I was on my way in minutes. Thank you Molly and Brentwood Volvo for your good service.
