What was originally a good review had to be amended. Bought our xc40 3 years ago and have found the after care very disappointing. Multiple phone calls/emails to Tristan our salesperson with no response - was very quick to respond when selling the car!
Pick up the my new volvo xc60 yesterday. Super happy with it. Thanks to the team Volvo Springwood. Especially Joshua Halter and Lachlan Mason. Knowledgeable and helpful attitude makes everything easy and enjoyable. Can anyone understand this logic. You Buy a new car (xc60 all options) then you want to book service online and so far you don’t get any confirmation or call, so you dont know if service is booked or not, however lets call them. Not surprised that after 75 calls someone finally picked up the phone. No your service is not booked in, because our online booking system is not on. Why you have it then? Shameful shameful conduct from a Volvo Dealership 3 months, 113 phone calls, text messages not responded to, and $5000 later im delivered a vehicle with SRS URGENT SERVICE REQUIRED. Let's not get me started with the endless promises, you car will be ready tomorrow, your car will be ready Tuesday, your car is ready and in wash bay come and get it, drive 2 1/2 hours to be told your car isn't ready sorry (this is 2 months ago) ohh hey good news your car will cost $5000 - $8000 to be repaired. $800 for us just to have a look.
