They always make my wife and I feel like VIP, they listen to our concerns and or issues and always find a way to fix all issues and send us off with a smile. This my wife’s second Volvo. This is a legacy dealership that cares about its customers and hires the best people to serve them. The moment you step foot into the lobby you know you’re going to get concierge level service. I’ve had nothing but outstanding service from every employee I’ve come across here. I live in the Westside but make the trek to South Bay Volvo because I know I’ll consistently get five star service there.
