I rescind my previous review I wrote a few years ago on this horrible dealership. They were nice in the beginning, only because they want your purchase. Afterwards, you are treated like dirt. Please do yourself a favor and check out prices with other Volvo service centers. Volvo South Bay service center quoted $4,108 to replace front windshield of 2025 Volvo xc60..I just called another Volvo service center and they quoted me $2,489 for Volvo’s front windshield. As I was driving on the 405 from LA to San Diego on New Year's Eve, a red critical warning light on my 2012 Volvo XC70 came on. The oil pressure was low. Naturally, I was nervous and did not want to drive much further, especially as I had owned the car only about 6 months and hadn't had any issues with it so far -- and I was on the 405 in the rain.
