I've had a couple of recent experiences with this dealership service dept. and I am pleased with their service. First, I had an issue with my start/stop mechanism and also needed a couple of internal batteries replaced. My most recent visit was for an engine replacement. I have been leasing from Volvo South Bay for 4 years and they are amazing. The team is knowledgeable, kind, attentive and always there whenever I have an issue. They go above and beyond to give excellent customer service.
Jaime Gomez in the service center is THE BEST!!! I had a a rock crack my windshield and Jaime worked with our insurance to take care of everything. He was kind and patient through the entire process. My windshield was done in one day and is perfect. Highly recommend this Volvo service center.
