I had to make a trip to south florida this past week. I drove over 1000 miles round trip. Everything that I asked the service manager to do was done, and everyone at the shop was helpful and courteous. Every time I go to Volvo Savannah, I have confidence that the best work will be done. Save yourself the frustration and just drive to Hendrick Volvo in Charleston. We bought an XC 90 in Charleston from them in May, and the experience was incredible. Back home in Savannah, had a minor issue with the car (covered by warranty) and took it to Volvo Cars Savannah to determine what was causing the check engine light to be on. From NYC and were down south In Hilton Head, SC for 5 month due to the pandemic. We decided that we should get a car and I have always wanted the Volvo XC90. We went to the Bluffton dealership and they could not care less to answer questions, return phone calls or make a deal. So, we decided to give Savannah a try and assisted by Walter. Other than the friendly front desk employee it was the worst experience ever. They overcharged and never fixed my problem. The place barely looks like it is operational. I will drive to Jacksonville Volvo dealer if I need to take it to a dealer.
