We went to several different car dealers, Hybrid, Electric and petrol. We were met cordially by all but we just felt the attention, demonstration and the whole experience at Volvo R Bay was way above the rest. All the staff, from Sean, Allan and Emily were fantastic and Emily had the patience of a saint to show us all the features and how to use them when we took delivery of our new car. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. So happy that we bought our Volvo from them.

Telling that the good reviews are given when the car is brand new and the bad reviews are given once servicing is required… Do they ask new buyers to reviews them and watch them hit enter? For anyone thinking of buying a Volvo just understand they think it’s reasonable to wait a week before attempting to diagnose a roof with water pouring through the electronics near the sunroof in heavy rain… Understandable if they’re busy with hundreds of leaking sunroofs, but just taking a look would take 5 mins.
