Extremely disappointing experience with Volvo cars Rushcutters Bay I ordered a very expensive part costing over $1000 through the Volvo servicing department and was required to pay for it in full before it could even be ordered. Hopeless after sales service. I had to tell them my car was recalled and when I chased up the fix I get crickets. You would expect better from a premium brand.
