I am so thrilled with my new Volvo ex30 Ultra, such a wonderful car to have for my first electric. And I was delighted with the wonderful Volvo Cars Rushcutters Bay. It was very much worth the journey from my home in Albury, given the professional and friendly service from Emilie. Lovely to deal with, my every query handled promptly. 🙂
Hopeless after sales service. I had to tell them my car was recalled and when I chased up the fix I get crickets. You would expect better from a premium brand.
Buying a car was pretty easy. A few months after buying the new car, the scuff plates in the boot of the car rusted. I have left 5-6 emails and 4-5 phone messages for the service dept and the sales dept over the last 5 months. I have not been contacted once in 5 months of requesting someone sort it out. I would highly recommend NOT buying a car from Volvo Rushcutters Bay or Five Dock. Clearly service is not part of the ethos.
