Fantastic customer service from Xavier and Sean in securing our new Volvo EV. They displayed great patience with the lengthy process for our leasing arrangement to be finalised, and were very helpful (and patient with our kids!) in taking us through the features of our new car. Oh, and our son says thanks to Xavier for the hot Milo!
I bought an EX30 3 months ago from David who did a great job. Since then zip have had a problem with the fob access key which is not working properly. Rang Volvo Rushcutters Bay and was put through to the service centre at Five Fock. They advised me they could not help for 3 weeks wouldn’t even look at the problem. Fortunately I can still drive the car. Very poor response. If I had known this before I purchased I would have reconsidered .
