While we had a positive experience with Mark in sales and generally a good experience with the sales manager, we were disappointed to learn that the car was not properly registered when we attempted to get it inspected. The oversight resulted in confusion and delays at the inspection station.

Had a great experience communicating with this dealership up until we showed up for our appointment to look at a specific car. Someone walked in minutes before we got there wanting to see the same car and since they got there first, we had to wait, which was fine. We were ready to purchase the car and had to wait almost a full 24 hours to see if the other person would be approved for a loan or not. I understand fair is fair, first come, first serve.
