This is the fourth car our family has bought at Volvo in Plymouth. There is no pressure from the team - normally a huge “negative” in the car buying process. We worked with Mark Q. for the third time who listened to what we wanted on options and what we didn’t need. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and nice throughout the whole experience. We do love the Volvo Service Team as well.
Jake E. was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and took the time to answer all my questions.
