This was my first time for service at Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. I couldn't be happier. My Volvo went in for a service that the dealer I purchased it from forgot to do- so I did not even purchase my car from them- and they were SO helpful. From scheduling to completing the repair. Nicole was an absolute GEM to deal with. She was communicative, understanding, and helpful. Overall- it was painless, and actually enjoyable. THANK YOU!
Getting an appointment was impossible. You would think they didn't want my business. The website kept crashing. The chat function worked but could only take a message. The service manager emailed to let me know she had received the message and would get back to me ASAP. Never heard from her again, even after I replied to her email. I would like to start by saying I was in fear of how much the repairs I needed may cost. From step a-z the service dept at Volvo cars pioneer valley was there. Made the process so much easier then I anticipated,and kept me informed on everything before moving forward with any repairs. Great experience dealing with this service dept and will continue to bring my vehicle in for maintenance. Thank you
