1st time my vehicles was serviced here, the mechanic mistook the gas and brake pedals, and ran it into 3 cars and a person. I have the platnium warranty and the shop is refusing to honor a parking brake, tire pressure and lane keep errors.
1st time my vehicles was serviced here, the mechanic mistook the gas and brake pedals, and ran it into 3 cars and a person. The shop refused to give an equivalent loaner but after much arguing provided the Platinum Warranty. The car has been showing parking brake, tire pressure and lane keep errors. The shop refuses to honor the Platinum Warrant.
