****Until this issue is resolved this review will be my impression of the service on this dealer. Everything leading up to the purchase of the vehicle was pleasant. Here is the catch: The EX90 ultra performance that I paid 90k+ for had critical failure with its GHCA level 2 charging system at 1085 miles, within the first month. This prevalent issue also found in polestars was not disclosed to me at purchase. I can not charge the vehicle at home and have to spend my time outside paying more money to use DC charging. 1st time my vehicles was serviced here, the mechanic mistook the gas and brake pedals, and ran it into 3 cars and a person. I have the platnium warranty and the shop is refusing to honor a parking brake, tire pressure and lane keep errors.
