He fights hard to give customers the best experience and treats everyone fairly with their purchases. The Sales staff and support team are also very good as well. I took my car to Volvo Cars Oklahoma City because of a coolant leak. Kristina Parsons told me the technician found leaking coolant hoses and recommended replacing them along with the thermostat and spark plugs. I was told this would fix the issue, and I paid $685.03. When I came to pick up the car, the same coolant leak warning came on immediately. The issue was never fixed. This has hands down been one of the best service experiences I have received. I drove here from the Tulsa area for service and I was more than impressed with the whole experience. Kristina Parsons was my advisor and I am so thankful for everything she did to make this a great experience.
