Thanks to Mr. Grala in service, telling me that the reason why my low beam does not work on my 2017 xc90 was because the headlight is the wrong one for the car, when the car never had accidents and I never replaced the headlight, and the fact that high beam, day light and blinkers all work, and that it needs $4k to get it right. I ordered the headlight module used for $60 and now it works. Let your tech with 23 years of experience to find another job.

I had a garbage experience with the volvo department few years ago but I had no choice then. I had the same experience recently knowing I had no other choice as this is the only volvo service center in town. Customer service agents have a crappy attitude and all about arguing. They are not interested in working with you. Their interest isn't in customer service but rather their ego. Last time to purchase a volvo and to service any vehicle at that service department.
