I have been coming to this Volvo Service Center for over two years since I moved to Texas. I own a 2019 Volvo S 60. My experience has always been great at this service center – they never try to upsell me with any services, always work with my concerns in a timely manner and go above and beyond whenever needed. A special mention to Drew, who at my last visit stayed beyond closing hours to make sure I got my vehicle back after Service as I was late getting back to pick it up. My application was not approved because they only submitted it to Volvo and Wells Fargo. Since my credit is average, the approval did not go through. If you do not have excellent credit and a large down payment ($8,998), this may not be the best place to apply, as it could be a waste of time.
Already talked to serviceanager about my car..but here goes.. I took my volvo xc90 in 8/12 for repairs..every Friday I called to check in, and had heard from service tech 1 time when estimates came...every week my car got pushed back a week...again service tech never called..I'd call again next friday..finally spoke with service manager who did everything he could to make things right...I'm supposed to get my car tomorrow, 9/8...almost a month later..thankful the service manager stepped up, otherwise this would probably be t... read more
