Made an appt for an oil change at 7:45 am, husband shows up on time with my .... nearly 3 hours later still waiting. I show up cause i need my car back to get to work and he will need his. If they haven't done it yet, I'll go elsewhere! When I arrive, my car is sitting in the parking lot, it's done! No paperwork turned in so the receptionist is aware that it's complete.
