Made appointment for 10:00am for a front end alignment, was told that they wanted me to leave car overnight as they couldn't get to it until next day. I asked why make an appointment when the work wouldn't start until next day, was told that the appointment was to check the vehicle in and not when the work starts. I gladly left and took it to a different company where the same work was $50 less.
The man gave me good advice about car parts and was honest about it. I really appreciated that. That means alot and makes a big difference for a business.
