Terrible experience. I took the car in for a 50,000 mile tuneup. I was told it would be an hour and a half. I finally left the dealership 4 1/2 hours later. The only additional thing they did other than the tuneup was to update the computer software in the car. The car needs additional work but I will take it to Bimmex in Bonita Springs for the work.
Always super helpful! Doug is great in the service department!
