I have had nothing but pleasant times at every auto appointment I’ve had at Volvo Cars of Marietta Service Department. If I could complain about one thing would be that they need more loaner cars on-site for those who are getting auto services done no matter the duration of the appointment; however, I’ve only ever ran into one time where a loaner car wasn’t available recently and my stay at the Service Department’s waiting area facilities were nice. Worst communication and staff is showing attitude , no proper response. I will not suggest this place for service

Brought my car in solely to replace lightbulbs. It’s an old car but lightbulbs are lightbulbs. First, they tell me they don’t have the parts to replace my headlight. I made the appointment weeks ago, so not sure how they were so unprepared. Overall, the customer service was below average. Was never given a time frame when I arrived. I sat there for four hours for lightbulbs! Will not be coming back.
