Traded a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4 x 4 with 8,000 miles. Had all the goodies on it. Stupid me I wanted an Audi A5 on their lot which was overpriced. The Tacoma had two more lease payments and the General Manager assured me they would pay them only to sneak them into the contract. In itself dirty dealing. The worst was that Volvo Cars of Lebanon said that the Audi A5 was free of corrosion which was untrue. It came from NY where they spray salt brine on the roads. My experience with sales was easy and efficient. However my experience with their service department has been atrocious - everything that could have gone wrong has. Lack of communication. Forgotten parts order. No accountability. Not even a simple apology for their multiple blunders. Customer service and “service recovery” is not their forte. Update! A little disappointed was not told inspection was only good for 2 months, July - September. Replaced key fob batteries, was told by sales rep he had replaced them.
Went in for a simple fix( replace lug nuts on 1 wheel). Wade , my service advisor, was excellent! The dealership had someone follow me to drop my daughter's car back to her and then drove me back to the dealership! As we pulled in, my car was coming around all completed! Great place,highly recommend!
