My experience with sales was easy and efficient. However my experience with their service department has been atrocious - everything that could have gone wrong has. Lack of communication. Forgotten parts order. No accountability. Not even a simple apology for their multiple blunders. Customer service and “service recovery” is not their forte.
A little disappointed was not told inspection was only good for 2 months, July - September. Replaced key fob batteries, was told by sales rep he had replaced them.
Went in for a simple fix( replace lug nuts on 1 wheel). Wade , my service advisor, was excellent! The dealership had someone follow me to drop my daughter's car back to her and then drove me back to the dealership! As we pulled in, my car was coming around all completed! Great place,highly recommend!
Posting, with my wife Sandi, (her car), our 5 star comfort, acceptance and professionalism with the dealership. Patrick Merrill was a knock it out of the park knowledgeable sales person. He made us feel at home there, explained everything clearly, and took his time with us. So glad we went there for our next vehicle.
Was frustrated with a timing issue during a repair, Brandon in Service called back with more knowledge then most mechs in the industry! great customer service, very very knowledgeable and capable of answering anything volvo related!
