Great parts team. I ordered the wrong part for my VIN and promptly got a call with the correct part number to fix my mistake. After the order was placed, local delivery was prompt and courteous. The prices were very competitive, too.

Ordered a part for my wife's 2013 XC60 and it was verified by the website. It doesn't fit, looks nothing like to broken on in my wife's car.. I didn't call them since the part was only $14... not worth my time.
Parts department is great and very helpful, only issue is that the website says that some parts are available that really aren't. They do get this issue sorted out post-purchase though. I would definitely recommend buying parts from this Volvo if you want the genuine, quality parts you can't get elsewhere.
