A FEW MONTHS AGO THIS KNOB CAME OFF IN MY HAND WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSED AN ACCIDENT AND SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE . FORTUNATELY I WAS PHYSICALLY UNHARMED , HOWEVER IT COULD HAVE BEEN FAR WORSE . Called Volvo Mosman to check if they serviced Polestar cars as I was given information that made me think that they did. Jake from the Service department said he had to check with higher ups as this is a licensing question. Regardless of the outcome, they took the time to actually verify and find the correct information. More importantly, Jake called me back as he said he would.
