This is concerning Volvo Mosma's Service Department. The worst service department I have encountered. I have been to Volvo Parramatta, Penrith & The Gold Coast, and Mosman has to be the worst. I have been trying to get several issues fixed for months, but they have not responded. I have been dealing with Rob for months, and he never returns calls or emails and has to be prompted several times. I have contacted the Service Manager twice, but have still not received a response.
