I scheduled an appointment at Volvo Cars Monterey to have a software update installed and the customer service was excellent. I arrived and Abel told me what was involved in doing the update and that a complimentary check of fluids, tire pressure, brakes, etc. would take place and since it would require a few hours, would I like a ride somewhere so I didn’t have to wait.
