Went in for a 30k mile maintenance which was supposed to be about $200. Unfortunately I was unable to go so my wife took it in. They tried to up charge her to nearly $700 for things that were not agreed upon nor scheduled in the appointment. What they tried to charge for which was not approved nor requested: Replace CABIN air filter ~$120 change 4 spark plugs ~$250 Balance and rotate tires ~$80 If you go here without a warranty or service plan, be aware they were not honest in our experience.

I spent more than $700 on services today and still had to ask for my “complimentary” car wash 3 times before I got it. I don’t expect a hand wash and full detail, but getting the windshield clean seems like a reasonable standard. Also took twice as long as the estimated wait time.

Josh does a great job in parts and the service techs are really great! Melissa at the service desk is so efficient! And for sales ask for Sam! Knowledgeable and helpful, works hard to help you get exactly what you’re poking for at the best price! Sales Manager Vicki is very dedicated and helpful as well! They are always available when I have a question or need guidance with my new car, which is a new to the US model. They’ve been great as we figure it all out together! I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.
