I had a frustrating experience with Volvo that left a bad taste in my mouth. I was lured in with false promises and misleading information, only to find out that everything I was told was incorrect. In May, my 2023 XC40 was towed to Volvo Cars Manhattan to remediate a battery issue that was apparent when I tried to drive the car. Roadside assistance said the car was unsafe to drive, and towed the car to Volvo Cars Manhattan. The dealership technicians identified that my main battery was defective, and replaced the battery. I am looking to lease a XC90 for over a week now, and unfortunately it is impossible to to reach a salesman or manager, and nobody ever calls back. This is not called "customer service". Get your car at a different location.

Notorious rip-off artists. AVOID at all costs! I took my 2011 car in for its 75,000-factory service. It's a routine job -- changing spark plugs, fluids, filters. The cost? $1,667 (after a $100 coupon discount)! I had been calling Volvo Cars of Manhattan the entire week leading up to my appointment as I wanted to know how much it would cost and how long it would take. No reply.
