I almost never write bad reviews or complain about anything. That said, worst car buying experience in years. Complete lack of professionalism. No basic processes are followed with any consistency. Horrible follow up regarding anything. E.g., if you are due a substantial refund on your after market warranty. The warranty co. sent our refund money to the dealership, and they have been sitting on it for weeks, (SIX now) despite calling them every few days and asking for the finance manager, who never calls back as promised.
