I took in my Volvo xc60 with alignment issues( since I took it to Firestone tire and alignment shop and they did 2 alignments and my car was still pulling an jerking to the side ) and with symptoms of a bad rear air compressor. John suggested to me instead of just charging me for the alignment first to address the suspension code I had on the dash and afterwards if alignment is still needed to do it then. Edit: The service department is making this right. Other than this key FOB issue, the service has been good. I bought a brand new key FOB, was charged $28 to replace the battery, then a few weeks later when it stopped working, the tech says the internal parts are damaged which cause the battery to drain faster and I need to buy a new FOB for $500. I haven't opened the FOB. The only way it could have been damaged was from the original tech that replaced the battery for $28.
Can’t say enough about their service. Always helpful and patient when experience problems. Willing to go the extra mile. Top notch compared to other Volvo service centers.
