Been here way too many times with the same problem. The communication between sales and service is bad and brings customers frustration to the highest levels. I can't buy a $95k car and be here every other week and keep moving my stuff in $30k loaner... Very disappointed. To the same question you can here 3-4 different answers...The service manager won't be of any help either. What a disappointment. I was ready to upgrade to a new car, but I guess I have to find a better dealership 1st.
Had a check engine light come on on a brand new xc60 (1 month old). Chris gough from sales was amazing and helped get me in for service. The service and overall attitude within the service department is where it all goes down hill. I dropped the car off 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and asked if I should wait and they said no. They also said no loaners were available so ordered me an uber. Daniela Albazi has been with Volvo for three years and I watched her turn into a real professional. Her service level is outstanding!
Don't go to these scumbags. These guys continue to miss obvious issues on inspection (brakes low on 1 side but other side like new indicating major brake failure, stating engine oil is "OK" but several warning signs on dash state low level, bent suspension parts on driver side forcing bad alignment) then charge for repairs that were not approved, authorized, or even showing symptoms for completely missing the initial complaint.
