Our experience with Lisle Volvo was so disappointing that it ultimately led us to take our business elsewhere. The problems began the moment we arrived for our scheduled service appointment. Absolutely the most unacceptable service I’ve ever encountered. Brought car in for service and within 24 hours the underbelly flap of my vehicle fell off while highway driving. They forgot to secure it back on while servicing. This left me in an incredibly unsafe position while driving on a highway. They don’t answer their phones and there is no accountability for making things right. Not a fan of Volvos. They are way over rated with glitchy computer systems, but beyond that the human side of taking care of customers is none... read more
Absolutely terrible service and accountability. I went in to resolve 2 issues. I specifically notified the service advisor to not touch the flame trap as I already had plans to take care of that at another location that charges way less, they did it any ways. No apology, no accountability. Needless to say, this will be my last time coming in.
Been here way too many times with the same problem. The communication between sales and service is bad and brings customers frustration to the highest levels. I can't buy a $95k car and be here every other week and keep moving my stuff in $30k loaner... Very disappointed. To the same question you can here 3-4 different answers...The service manager won't be of any help either. What a disappointment. I was ready to upgrade to a new car, but I guess I have to find a better dealership 1st.
Had a check engine light come on on a brand new xc60 (1 month old). Chris gough from sales was amazing and helped get me in for service. The service and overall attitude within the service department is where it all goes down hill. I dropped the car off 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and asked if I should wait and they said no. They also said no loaners were available so ordered me an uber.
