I have been coming in for regular maintenance to Volvo dealership because I like my older Volvo. When my tailgate started to drop back in April, I did some research and ordered new struts. I waited for the parts to arrive and postponed a service appointment. To my surprise, I was told during my appointment that the dealership had not seen my configuration before and that I would require a different type of service at three times the previous quote.
