I recently brought my car to the Volvo Honolulu service department after arriving on the island, dealing with a coolant leak and needing regular maintenance. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It's been almost impossible to get in touch with anyone in the service department, either by phone or email. Jaypee is such a pleasure to work with. This particular shop is very busy as it is the only Volvo dealership on the island, so it may be a while before a service appointment is available, but the customer service is excellent.

I went to Volvo service to get codes cleared for our front camera system. I worked with Jaypee for the vehicle intake process, where he told me that code diagnostics could not be done on Saturdays and that must have been a mistake of the service scheduling department. However, I expressed that I had to get the car serviced before the window could be replaced the following Monday. Jaypee understood my concerns and worked to resolve the issue.
