Extremely poor customer service. Very unclear where it park and enter the dealership. Was not greeted and when I was finally met was made to feel like a nuisance. Was ready to purchase a 70k vehicle on the spot, however Jono lost the sale because he was unwilling to ‘bother’ his valuation team.
In the trade trying to purchase a part. Cant get through on the phone at all. Got on the chat with them and still no one contacts me back. There online chat staff are rude and unhelpful. I called Volvo in Brisbane, answered the phone straight away, helpful and nice. Even though we are on the Gold Coast I will always use Brisbane Volvo from now on. Do not recommend Volvo Gold Coast
