Tom and the mechanics are the best! They were able to fit me in on my day off. The car was fixed and the repair was seamless. Also, we had just come back from a long trip from the LA area and the car desperately needed a wash. I didn't mention anything about that and was a little embarrassed to take it like that TBH. They washed it as a courtesy (incredibly good I will add) and that absolutely made our day!! I can't tell you how good those acts of professionalism make us feel.
