Rude customer service lady didn't even acknowledge us for 15 minutes for our appointment to test drive a zeekr 7x. She didn't even look at us, tending to one other customer who came after us (by 10 minutes) who didn't have an appointment. Tried to kindly get her attention but brushed us off. Would not recommend at all.
Oliver at Volvo Doncaster made the often torturous process of buying a new car easy. He was very patient and professional (no question too stupid). The trade in price was a tough pill to swallow but overall the level of service has been exemplary.
When I went to buy a new car with my father, Andrew provided excellent service introducing the new car in Mandarin.
