Found a non volvo used vehicle i wanted online that was located here. Michelle over the phone and email made the process a breeze, once I got there the salesman I was handed to was Borris who made the in person part of the deal as easy and quick as could be. Lastly the GM Emilio was extremely nice and a pleasure to do business with. 0 hesitations to work with a dealer that functions as openly and quickly as they do.
Just went for an oil change and I had to wait an hour and half, oil change was done in an hour, I had to wait an extra 30 min for the advisor to return from lunch while oil change was already done, 30 min wasted. Bad service.
