Dropped in to check a light that came on and they quickly got me in with a Volvo tech. Quickly learned my car was not safe to continue driving, Volvo ordered the parts to get my car fixed and gave me a loaner car with a full tank of gas for the week! So thankful! Picked up my car today and it was washed and vacuumed! Thanks Volvo Columbus!
I just left the Volvo dealership after a very unpleasant unpleasant situation and surprise. I was looking for a fix for my transmission my technician in LaGrange told me I may need a computer program at a dealership to fix it. So I brought it and after they charged me several hundred dollars the service man Michael told me there was no quote software in the United States that could synchronize my transmission to the car.
