I went to Volvo because my Safety light indicated that there was a problem. Volvo stated that I needed a new windshield. They recommended M&M glass because all I had to do was "call them" and they would take care of the rest. It could be replaced and recalibrated at Volvo with no problem. After three weeks of aggravation, I went back to Safelite and had my windshield replaced and recalibrated in 24 hours. Not a great experience.
Prompt, thorough, and exemplified the spirt of Volvo. While both the expense I was expecting for a tail light assembly, the service level was great.
