I would not write a review but this outrageous experience happened for me 3 times in last year. Have a Volvo XC90 The tailgate was opening from the back gate. Volvo service game me an estimate of about $2200 to fix it (replace the Struts etc). I did not do it. Then I got messages that said my park assist is broken. They have me estimate of about $1800 (said the bumper has to come off etc). And finally I was getting error messages for license light not working. They game me an estimate of $1200 to fix. I had a wonderful experience at Volvo Burlingame and can’t recommend Vincent and Tommy enough. They were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in. Had a great experience at Volvo Burlingame. Bought my 2025 XC60 from Vincent, who was friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Adrian, the finance manager, was also very nice and professional. All the paperwork was handled efficiently, and everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership for a stress-free car-buying experience!
I was not satisfied with the recent service at the Volvo Burlingame Center. There was no vacuuming done at all inside the car, and there were noticeable lubricant or grease marks left on the interior door panel. When I showed the marks to the staff, they asked a technician to wipe them — to my surprise, the technician used only tissue paper and water. At least a proper cloth and cleaning solution should have been used. I expected better attention to detail and professionalism from a Volvo service center.
