I regularly service my Volvo SUV at this location because they are so professional. I get a loaner car while the car is serviced and get updated on the progress and ETA via sms and phone. The overall experience is very positive. Crystal, Aldo and Rick are the people I interface with and they are all great!
Came for a lease return. Refused to take the lease back on the weekend or without an appointment. I’ve leased many vehicles in the past - never had this issue. Needless to say this is the last volvo I’ll ever lease.
Learned a lot about the Volvos, the staff member that helped me out, Patrick, was amazing definitely the person you want to look for when you visit! Great experience.

[Update: 06/13/2026] Don't buy extended service contracts from this dealership, they SCAM you every chance they get. I bought one for my car and instead of start the miles after the factory 50k expires the warranty starts 3k miles overlapping the factory warranty. I know its my mistake not to check that but I have seen such dishonest dealership ever.
