Just drove 25 min for a scheduled test drive of the new EX60 and the salesman, William, wouldn't let us drive on the Freeway because "there are so many people interested in test driving it." Even though we were seriously in the market, told him we had just returned a Volvo electric car at the end of its lease, and *had an appointment*. I regularly service my Volvo SUV at this location because they are so professional. I get a loaner car while the car is serviced and get updated on the progress and ETA via sms and phone. The overall experience is very positive. Crystal, Aldo and Rick are the people I interface with and they are all great!
Came for a lease return. Refused to take the lease back on the weekend or without an appointment. I’ve leased many vehicles in the past - never had this issue. Needless to say this is the last volvo I’ll ever lease.
