9 March 2025: someone fixing cars in building is playing THUMPING base music. Shouldn’t feel like I am living next to a nightclub on a Sunday all afternoon. As a business in a condensed urban/residential area, the business and staff should be conscious of limiting noise, especially that is completely unnecessary. Purchased an EX30 which has many issues. I should have done more research on the car as this appears to be common. They were ok through the sales process, but as soon as we had an issue they have not helped at all. Sales and Service team have given us radio silence. This was my first and last Volvo. Such a disappointing experience both in the car and the service. Do not recommend at all.
Had an excellent experience with Pedro buying my polestar. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to buy a car in a friendly, low pressure but informed atmosphere.
After my car stopped abruptly doing 110km on the highway I am still waiting for managemrnt to call me (4 messages later that have been left at reception). Despite being transferred to a range of staff members not one was remotely empathetic to my experience.
