Absolutely terrible service.   Tried to call three times to be put on hold and then it said they would call back which they never did.  On the fourth go I hit the sales department instead of service and of course they called back.   Service for a vehicle that had only done 7000 klms and was charged $1718.00.   One item on invoice said it had been car washes and vacuumed for $50.00 but it hadn’t been done as bird droppings and dust were still there’ll. I put my car in for a simple service - oil change, brake fluid change - at 7.30am. I turn up at 4pm to collect, I ad been told it will probably be ready earlier. Car is not ready!! I was told they tried txting me and phoning me. Nothing. I had received a service reminder 2 days previous so no phone number issue and I had been receiving phone calls all day.
