Dealing with Volvo Brisbane North makes you not want to have another Volvo. Love the car but 4 years in just wish we had another Volvo service department that we could go to. Our issue last year was due to a fault with the hybrid battery - took 3.5 months to replace under warranty and we were without our XC60 the entire time. No apologies, just the worst customer service we have experienced from any dealer/mechanic. Could have been 1-2 weeks!
