Didn't walk out with a warm positive feeling.. I walked in looking for used cars. Wrong address as the used car place was further up the road. The moment they realised I wasn't a new car customer, the disinterest was very visible in the person's face n tone. Fully accept that I wasn't a prospective customer now.. however the service and interactions didn't feel very warm n positive.
