I went to Volvo Brighton Service last week to have an issue looked at on my new XC60. it was the first time I actually felt properly listened to. I was met by the General Manager of Aftersales Andrew and Dhruv, they were both so attentive and understood what I was looking for. Volvo sells safety. Brighton Volvo sells silence. We bought an EX30 Extended Range from Brighton Volvo. Two years later, we have a car that is materially different from the one we paid for and a dealership that apparently couldn't care less. Jeff was fantastic over the phone, professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Really appreciated how clear and straightforward he was. Unfortunately the experience at the dealership was a different story. I went in for a quick look at a 2020 E300 Coupe while Jeff wasn’t there since i was in the area, was going to come back on monday for a sale when Jeff would’ve been in store however David was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m not one to write too many reviews but this one deserves a second review. Had an issue with my car that was resolved by Dhruv and his team with exceptional service. They went beyond the scope to fix something else. Great job guys
