Very accomodating, nice loan car while car was in for upgrades, very personable and happy to explain options and take the time to make sure we had all the info, highly recommended as I know other dealerships won’t give you the time of day unless you’re buying a new car from them that day. 5/5!
With our novated lease ending, we are looking at other EV options. Of all the other EVs we looked at, we did like the Volvo EX30. Unfortunately, one of the male salesmen followed us closely after we said we were just looking. This was incredibly off-putting and made e just want to get out of there. It was really uncomfortable, and we will not be considering Volvo after this experience, at least not from this dealer.
Xc40 recharge at 90 000km still a fantastic dealer. The staff are very helpful and extremely accommodating. I had the 3 years free service plan. They gave me loan cars or uber for free and always cleaned the car in and out. Helpful people doing their best.
