We purchased an ex-demo XC60 from Brighton in 2022 under the promise of the 5 year warranty and 3 year battery warranty starting from the Volvo Brighton sales rep when we purchased. Two years on and with a failed battery - we find out this isn't true and that the situation was misrepresented. Don't trust anything they haven't written down.

Amazing service by the team and Josh! We took a car for test drive, which they had made sure was impeccably clean and they were upfront and honest. Unfortunately the price wasn't in our budget, but we appreciated the time and care given. We also appreciated not having a pushy salesman! Josh was fantastic and we wish him all the best. Should we be in a position to buy new in the future, we'll be looking him up! No matter where he's working!

This week, I drove for 60 minutes from Mt Eliza to test drive an XC90 (with the intention to buy). The showroom was empty and had approx 4-5 sales staff and 2 people on reception (all sales staff were male). I was unable to test drive the car as scheduled, as there were no car seats for my baby and an absolute unwillingness to help with solutions. Instead suggested that I come back without my baby!
